If you are not satisfied with your product, you can take advantage of our 30 days free returns or exchange policy, from date of purchase. Once we receive the returned products, we will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method, covering the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Only items purchased on our website are eligible for return or exchange. Products bought through our website cannot be returned to exchanged at any retail locations carrying Suntopia products. Suntopia products bought through any other retail location cannot be returned or exchanged through our website.
